Our History
In the fast paced world of yachting, where crew members often lead isolated and transient lives, the idea of C-link emerged while I, founder Shannon Botha, was onboard as a Chief Stewardess. Drawing from my experience in managing the social dynamics and well being of my team, i identified the need for a platform that could foster genuine connections among yacht crewmembers outside the workspace. This realization led to the creation of C-link, an online dating app specifically tailored to the yachting community. Combining my intimate understanding of the unique lifestyle and challenges faced by yacht crew members, My Chief Stewardess skills were put to good use, to facilitate app features for meaningful relationships, both romantic and platonic.
